Keeks Warranty

At KEEKS, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our frames. That’s why all KEEKS eyewear is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered?

We’ll repair or replace your eyewear if there’s a manufacturer defect related to materials or workmanship — think faulty hinges, frame breakage from normal use, or lens coating issues that aren’t from wear and tear. To qualify:

  • The defect must be reported within 12 months of the original delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Claims must be submitted within 15 days of discovering the issue. See More

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Returns: As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested). Mail-in and in-person Happy Bar returns have a shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund.

Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location, or received by our returns team if you choose to mail-in your item(s).

Return Fees (waived if you opt for store credit): Regular sunglasses and accessories: $5.99.

Please note: Shipping charges and Green Shipping Protection are non-refundable.
