Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the U.S. and select international locations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us at info@keekseyewear.com — we’ll do our best to get KEEKS to your doorstep.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders often ship the same day, but allow for 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout. If you need your KEEKS in a flash, we’ve got you.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Can’t find it? Check your spam or reach out to us at info@keekseyewear.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

  • We accept returns and exchanges on full priced and unworn items.
  • Complete the Return an Item form here.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back after completing the Return an Item form and within 14 days of delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above
    criteria.
  • Any and all returns/exchanges must be in original packing with all received materials.
  • We allow a maximum of 2 exchanges per order.
  • Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned product. Once we have received and
    processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
  • Final sale items are final - No returns or exchanges will be accepted

Can I exchange an item I purchased?

Yes, we do offer exchanges, and we also offer free returns for store credit. You’ll receive a gift card that you can use to purchase something you like better. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help!

How do I start a return or exchange?

Complete the Return an Item form here. Then send the item(s) back in it's original packaging along with all materials and in unworn condition.

Are returns free?

As always, shipping is free! We also offer free returns on all orders.

Product Info

Are your lenses polarized?

Yes — many of our sunnies come with polarized lenses for maximum glare reduction and UV protection. Each product page will list lens features.

Do you offer prescription lenses?

We're working on it! Currently, KEEKS frames are non-prescription, but they can be fitted with Rx lenses by most opticians. Stay tuned — prescription options are on the horizon.

What materials do you use?

We craft our frames using premium acetate and lightweight metals designed for comfort, durability, and timeless style.

Do your glasses come with a case?

Yes! Every pair of KEEKS comes with a protective case and cleaning cloth —because your frames deserve nothing less.

Warranty & Repairs

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. All KEEKS eyewear comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or wear-and-tear isn't covered, but we’re always happy to help.

Can you repair my KEEKS?

If something’s gone sideways, shoot us a message. We’ll do our best to repair or replace, depending on the issue.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once placed, orders process quickly — but email us at info@keekseyewear.com ASAP and we’ll try to make changes before it ships.
