KEEKS Warranty
At KEEKS, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our frames. That’s why all KEEKS eyewear is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered?
We’ll repair or replace your eyewear if there’s a manufacturer defect related to materials or workmanship — think faulty hinges, frame breakage from normal use, or lens coating issues that aren’t from wear and tear. To qualify:
- The defect must be reported within 12 months of the original delivery date.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Claims must be submitted within 15 days of discovering the issue.
What’s Not Covered?
We love when you live boldly in your KEEKS, but some things fall outside the warranty, including:
- Scratched lenses or frames
- Accidental damage (sitting on them, drops, etc.)
- Misuse, improper care, or storage
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear over time
How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email us at Info@keekseywear.com with:
- Your order number or receipt
- Photos of the damage
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will evaluate your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Legal Stuff
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws. Our policy does not limit or exclude any rights you are entitled to by law.
