We’ll repair or replace your eyewear if there’s a manufacturer defect related to materials or workmanship — think faulty hinges, frame breakage from normal use, or lens coating issues that aren’t from wear and tear. To qualify:

  • The defect must be reported within 12 months of the original delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Returns: As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested).
