  • The defect must be reported within 12 months of the original delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

Returns: As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location, or received by our returns team if you choose to mail-in your item(s).
